Paulina Orbitowska-Fernandez – eduScrum coach, communication coach, political scientist and English teacher. In 2010-2017 she was the coordinator of the team, deputy head of the school and headmaster of the school. She is the leader of changes in education. In 2004-2010 she worked at the university and IB schools in Mexico. She studied at the University of Szczecin and at the University of Salamanca, Spain. In addition, she completed postgraduate studies in the field of Education Policy and Management, University of Warsaw, Postgraduate Education Leadership Studies, organized by the Center for Citizenship Education, Collegium Civitas and postgraduate studies in Nonviolent Communication by Marshall Rosenberg also at Collegium Civitas. She completed the course “Coaching based on empathy” in the School of Empowered Communication Trainers and the post-graduate program Train the Trainer of Nonviolent Agreements at Collegium Civitas. She conducts workshops and trainings for pedagogical councils, academic teachers, management staff, parents and students.
